Introduction
Across America, many citizens, especially younger generations, are experiencing deep anxiety about our nation’s future. There is widespread agreement that stronger civic education could help resolve many of these issues. Volunteers from the American Legion Boys State programs are leading the way. Now, you have the opportunity to stand alongside our Nation’s Veterans and make a meaningful difference by supporting the Utah Boys State Alumni Association.
Utah Boys State Alumni Challenge
The Utah Boys State Alumni Association exists to strengthen and advance the mission of the Utah Boys State Foundation Board of Directors. Our focus includes:
- Providing financial support to the Utah Boys State program through fundraising initiatives
- Increasing participation by promoting the program statewide
- Fostering camaraderie, networking, and leadership among alumni
- Establishing a speaker’s bureau and offering mentoring opportunities
- Championing other noble endeavors as inspired by our members
Eligibility
You are eligible to join the Utah Boys State Alumni if you meet any of the following criteria:
- You have successfully completed any Boys State program nationwide
- You have served as staff for any Boys State program nationwide for at least one year
- You have served as a counselor for any Boys State program nationwide for at least one year
Membership Options
- Founders 250: A limited-time opportunity ending 12/31/2026. Become a founding member by donating $250 to help launch the alumni program and receive special recognition.
- Traditional Membership: Join by signing up. No minimum donation required—give any amount you can to support our efforts.

How to Join
- Check the eligibility criteria above.
- Choose your membership option: Founders 250 or Traditional Membership.
- Sign up and, if able, make your donation to help us strengthen civic education in Utah.
- Traditional members that donate incrementally, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, $250 or more before December 31, 2026, will be qualified for Founders 250 recognition.
